We are registered in Romania and have our registered office in Splaiul Unirii no. 9, Pope\u0219ti Leordeni, Ilfov County. Our VAT number is RO38076030, and our Trade Register registration number is J23\/4209\/2017. Accessing, browsing and using the site implies full acceptance of the terms below. Description of the Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MAGNUS CLEANING MANAGEMENT SRL<\/strong> offers professional cleaning services, intended for both individuals and legal entities, <strong>exclusively within the Bucharest municipality and Ilfov county<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cleaning for offices and commercial spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General cleaning and maintenance for homes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-construction or post-renovation cleaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning, maintenance and reconditioning of floors, carpets and rugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special services and related services (including DDD \u2013 disinfestation, deratization, disinfection)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All services are tailored to the client's needs and are performed with qualified personnel, modern equipment and quality materials, respecting the hygiene and safety regulations in force. The provision of services is available <strong>at customer locations in Bucharest and Ilfov County<\/strong>, depending on availability and scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Order, Schedule and Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can be placed via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The contact form on the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:office@servicii-curatenie.ro\">office@servicii-curatenie.ro<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone: +40 740 401 402<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered valid only after its confirmation by a representative of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rescheduling or cancellations must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or limit access to future appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Rates, Payment Methods and Billing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rates vary depending on the surface area, type of cleaning, urgency, degree of dirtiness, or other particularities of the space. We reserve the right to request an advance payment for certain types of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Payment methods:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash upon completion of service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer based on proforma invoice or tax invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial payment (advance payment) in cases established by contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice is issued in accordance with the legislation in force and is transmitted in electronic or printed format, upon request. We reserve the right to request an advance payment for certain types of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Obligations of the Provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing services to professional standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of qualified products, equipment and personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adherence to the established schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecting the confidentiality of customer data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Customer Obligations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring access to the location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about special conditions of the space (sensitive surfaces, security systems, pets, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timely payment of contracted services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with safety and collaboration rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3. Additional Contractual Clauses (Optional)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3.1. Obligations regarding materials and equipment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typically, MAGNUS CLEANING MANAGEMENT SRL provides all the materials and equipment necessary to provide the service, except in cases where otherwise established by individual contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3.2. Access and security<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client is obliged to ensure access to the space to be cleaned and to inform the Company of any security systems, access restrictions or applicable internal rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3.3. Force majeure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neither party will be liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations in the event of a force majeure event, according to the legislation in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3.4. Conclusion of the contract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract may be terminated unilaterally by either party with a minimum of 5 working days' notice, except in cases where the parties have agreed to another term through the individual contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Liability and Limitations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MAGNUS CLEANING MANAGEMENT SRL will make every effort to provide services to the highest professional standards. However, we do not assume liability for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage caused by wear and tear of fragile or unmarked items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Losses due to incorrect information provided by the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays due to force majeure (traffic, weather, equipment failures, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Service Guarantee and Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We commit to remedying any deficiency reported within 24 hours of service provision, if the complaint is justified. Complaints must be submitted by email or telephone, accompanied by relevant photos, within a maximum of 24 hours of the intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We respect the confidentiality of all information and assets at customer locations. Our staff is trained to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
